Today quite a number of calls to be answered, a lot of req raised on behalf of customer lor.
This week my lunch time is 11.30am, luckly asked pik kuan to ta bao mee for me, quite delicious. Both of us are same lunch time, just sat at the PUBLIC seats to eat lar...

Finally i got my exchange gift liao. Last sat is our depat year end party but i went back early. Didnt wait until the exchange gift section. Guess what i get???? A mickey mouse baby and a donald duck baby key chain. Very cute...i like it very much. When i told my sister, she wants the mickey key chain... :( so i have to give her lor....but i still hav the donald duck key chain...
still thinking where to put it...

Terrible working day..........13th Dec 2004

18th of Nov, Shening, Lin sin, Carolyn jacklyn and me went to redbox to sing song. They gav me a big big surpirse where celebrated my birthday in the room. I dun know they hav bought the MANGO CHEESE cake ler...and my present was a light yellow scaft. I like it very much for the cake and the scaft.

Dec 1st Week:

I started to answer call oredy. The 1st week work in the messy way, bcoz I still not familar with the request forms to be raised and what should i react when customer asked strange questions. Luckly i have passed the 1st week. Average 50 calls per day for whole last week.

2nd week
Monday is the terrible day, I have answered 67 calls lar……bcome cary oredy and my voice is “SA SA”, have to drink honey … :) Nothing much happen here, everyday go to work, and wait for the off time. But tell u the truth, when u have something to do, the time is pass so fast....answer calls for a while then reached the lunch time......then is work off time.

Dec 1st weekend i back to ipoh coz my bf offday. So he brought me to watch the Polar Express. It was nice and beautiful scene. Some of the snow scenes are so beautiful.... I dun know wat is ur comment for this movie, but for me i really really love it. My bf said i still childish... :) We went to eat the japanese RAMEN....quite delicious de oh....and i ate until full full liao. Furthermore i hav redeemed the Baskin Robin voucher where i can get 2 prints of ice-cream oh...both of us stared at the ice-cream and need to finish it within 25 min ( at 1st we thought this was the mission impossible) coz a lot....

He gave me my belated birthday presents, a glass which has some notes ( cannot tell u oh) and a ring. So happy to receive his present. I m very very happy oh... hohohohohoh !!!!!

3rd weekend i will be going to Taiping to attend bf's sister wedding dinner. So sat morning i take the 9am bus straight to taiping he will pick me there. At night will attend the wedding dinner, then sun morning his sister will be officially get married liao lor.... I have went for few shops to look for the wedding dinner dress, no idea what should wear.......finnaly found 1 dress with light blue color, my fren said not bad...wait and see lar... :)

I miss my bf very much......

Christmas Eve i will be going to Jeff chang's conert wiv my sister. I like to listen jeff's songs, rythm are soft, touching and easy to sing oso......I hav bought RM90 seats with my sister..she paid woh...seldom generous one. She said this is my belated birthday present woh......

YahOOOOO 26th of Nov 2004

Today is friday...LALALA... so happy coz tomolo only go to work half day.

We finished our induction program liao lor. Today is the last day, there was a trainer who i really impressed what she told us during the class. She is from Sales dept, a ladies around 30-40 years old, very humour, very cute, and when we played the role play (she is the customer)...wah, she is a great nasty customer. Luckly i didnt kena.

HAHAHA !!!!!! We are enjoyed this class, Learn a lot of skills from her. I like to listen the way she spoke, she delivered the msg and the skills. We played few activities in a happy and laugh environment.

One of the thing that gave me an big IMPACT is UOB will give an opportunity to improve urself. HOW???? The Learning Centre will provide training class or talk or Speech and course to help you improve urself. But the module need to sit for test, once pass will get a cert from UOB. and u know the trainer said that the cert is market valuable.... :)

wah....i have so long time din update my blog liao...sorry yah.

So far I m stil survive in the new company, this week got training conducted by the supervisor. He expected us to start answer call by the 6th of Dec...which we think is IMPOSSIBLE coz we stil yet to train for the system which is the most important and the most complecated system...

Yesterday we need to attend the induction program which held by the learning centre dept, from 24/11-26/11 in Jalan Pudu branch. Quite bored and felt sleepy when the trainer gave speech...I almost fall sleep..hehehehehe. There are almost 40 new staffs ateend this induction program from all over penisular malaysia, but not > 10 guys...all are ladies. haih......

Every morning when we start the class at 9am, sure will do some exercise such as massage ur colleages shoulder. TOday lagi special, why??? we learned how to release stress by exercising the abdomental breathing, then move neck like that lor....

THe most most excited and i felt shy is we have the Team Cheer activities ler. WE have to think out a team name, leader is me, then like performed the cheer leading...hahahah....our group got michelle, pik kuan and another 2 ladies from premium banking.....also enjoy lor..

This saturday my brother and his gf will come to KL meet us. So i plan to bring them to redbox again with my sister and cousins...all of us like to go there and sing...

Yesterday is my BIG BIG day, reach 24 years old liao. I received sms from my frens to wish me, thanks yah...most of them said i Big BIg girl lor !!!! my cousins gave me a ring with red flower design, i like it very much and now is on my 3rd finger...my aunty bought a Durian cake celebrate my birthday, so delicious coz i like durian very very much. THis cake very nice, the durian smell very heavy...huwah.....

UOB call centre will have a dinner on the 11/12 at night. I heard all staffs must go lar coz we have give the name list liao lor...venue not yet decide...quite expecting from now...kekkekekek

Sunday (7/11)

I went to Wisma MPL with my cousins to redbox frm 11am-1pm only. Very enjoy there coz 3 of them like to sing english song with crazy crazy tones. HAHAHHA.

After that we went to sungai wang to shopping, one of my cousin got mad coz she havent shop in sg wang before. We only round for 2 levels then she has bought for 4-5 bags. We went to SEED coz it has 50% discount oh, but is for T-shirt lar. BUt quite nice and comfortable also, i bought for 1 peach color de, then my cousin and my sister also bought...at the end i m the one who paid lor, coz both of their wallet empty oredy, so i hav to took out my credit card lor, what to do?????

Sunday very enjoy for this shopping, but feel tired oso lor.

MOnday - Wednesday (8/11-10/11)

Very Very damn boring during office hour. Why??? coz we stil buddy with senior, supervisor not really free, sometimes only conducted training for Pik Kuan coz she havent been trained yet. So michelle and I be the spider to make the net. Damn sleepy stared at the screen and do nothing.

Nothing to do lar, feel boring and boring lor, chat with the seniors.

Wednesday after work michelle, pik kuan, cindy, tee boon (all of them are my ex-rh b colleg) and I went to KLCC genki sushi for gathering. We ate and chat until the KLCC almost wanna close oredy. I reached home oredy 12.45am. So damn tired and sleepy coz i went out since 7.10am until 12.45am reached home. Wah...17 hours ++. I also "Pei fu" myself, coz can tahan til midnight. Unfortunately after bath my sleeping time passed oredy, Cannot fall in sleep yah, so cham. read novel wait until felt sleepy is 2.30am liao............

Thursday (11/11)

Today is deepavali oh. Public holiday, i so damn happy coz no need go to work WAhhhaaahaha!!!

THis is the 1st time i really celebrate the holiday, no need to work. Previously in rhb, i stil need to work eventhough public holiday mah.

Today wake up at 12pm, so nice, can sleep until afternoon. THen went to ate thai food with aunty's family, i ate the pandan ayam, ikan rebus, Tau fu, Tom yam seafood soup, mango juice, fish cake....very very delicious oh and i ate until the sun came out liao...Do u understand what I mean??? hehehehehe, i mean my stomach look like a 3 months pregnant lady...hohohohohoh !!!

Aftreward, went to plaza OUG shopping coz my aunty wish to bring her children there to buy things. So i bought 3 t-shirts, quite cheap and comfortable. NOW every where also got sales, discount lor. 2 purple color, and 1 yellow lar.

Now drinking the "peanut soup" (fa shang wu)..hohoho..so delicious. but oh, i din get fat for this 2 weeks eventhough everyday i oso eat rice ler. Now is 54.5kg...hohohohoh !!!!

Tomolo after work will back to ipoh, my uncle comes to fetch me and my sister back to ipoh lar.

Yesterday tried to update the blog, but the page is not respond lor...

Guess where m i now??? Now i m in rhb call centre oh....unfortunately tracy oredy went home, else i can meet here and chat with her, already 2 weeks not see her liao, miss her oh.

Today work half day, then went home and took my lunch. Very very hungry coz i only ate for breakfast. My lunch is Korean maggie lor, aunty not going out and nothing to eat at home, so hav to cook maggie to fill my stomach.

When i reach rhb call centre, my ex-colleg are surpried coz they unexpected i will come mah. So nice to see them, chat with them one by one. Actually i came here to pass the dvd to one of my colleg, then ta bao the maggie goreng to pik kuan lor....

I chat with razlin, his hair growth liao oh....so nice to see him, and oso Alia, Balan, Mass, Nisah, Fadhli, Cleo, Pik kuan and etc......

I came here to online...feel pai sei lor. malu eh...but nothing to do.

aunty family went to midvalley just now, they went for shopping, dinner and watch Shark Tale, then my sister now bcome a pig until 9pm going to midvalley with frens to watch "One Miss Call" horror movie woh... So i alone lor, no one care me....... :(

NO lar, i just stay at home to watch dvd lor, rest and rest.

This week every day i sleep at 9.30pm then wake up at 7am. Really sleep early and wake up early lor. eh...this habit will be last for one month, then next month if graduate from training will be on production lar....then see what shift that i will need to do lor.......

Just be informed by the supervisor today, he said next month got call centre dept dinner woh, so next month michelle and I choose 8th of Dec to attend the dinner lar, but yet to decide the date. According to senior, they said eat, chat and play game de ler....not bad, better than rhb here, langsung no dinner !!! :p

Thursday...4th Nov 2004

This morning felt ok, felt well to work lor....but i went out late, so missed one lrt...when i reached to office almost 8.45am liao...we start work at 9am lor...

Morning nothing much to do, just buddy with senior, listen to their customer calls, then read some notes that hav photocopy....coz supervisor is busy at the morning...

There is a new guy came in by today, his name is richard...hohohoh !!! so "lao tu". I looked at him then feel like he look similar to one of my fren, guy oso...then supervisor said next mon will come another 2 new staffs, one is pik kuan from rhb oso, another one dun know "mut sui" oh...

This afternnon me and michelle planned to go Pertama complex to eat chinese food, unfortunately the sky was very very dark, so i decided to go sogo complex there to buy bread for lunch lor. when we wanna back to ofice oh, just another 1 min will reach office main entrance,the rain started to drop,heavy rain. My hair , spetacle and dress wet already.....haih......

After that got training from supervisor....a bit boring..coz we now studying the general thoery only...he havent learn for credit card promotions, system how to use.... but the credit limit is quite confusing which is different from rhb ler.

one thing that make me very happy is.......
i go the door access card liao...so no need every time go to toilet hav to "ding dong" the door then wait for someone to open the door lor...

So i tried the 1st time to use the card this evening after back from toilet, michelle follow me lor.
Now very pai sei incident happened where i swap the card, but it stated "ERROR"....canot go in ler....michelle laugh at me coz i din swap it properly...behind me is the other dept head...she oso laugh at me lor...coz she is the one who issued the door access card for me....

For ppl who work shift ( like me) i got a locker key oh...so i can put my thigns into the locker...

Today supervisor said need to stay back after 5.30pm, coz got short meeting...but we finished at 6pm...tomolo finish work at 5pm, but got meeting until 6pm ler....*TIRED*

feel pengsan liao...coz uob bank is not same as rhb bacnk ,where can go back at 5.30pm sharp....here got meeting lor....

so far i only know 3 chinese collig girls...they are nice oso....
